The hotel's staff treated me with such kindness and professionalism. the room was super comfortable, and luxurious amenities surpassed my expectations. the hotel's catering service prepared an excellent packed lunch which I enjoyed on my tour. the location was a big plus.

The hotel was conveniently located near a tram line, making it easy to get to the city center or Messe fairground. Our room was clean and modern, with comfortable beds and a stylish design. The breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious options, and the staff were polite and helpful. We especially enjoyed the sound-proof rooms, which made for a peaceful night's sleep.
The hotel's Wi-Fi was not strong enough to handle the high number of guests, making it difficult to stay connected during our stay.

The breakfast had lots of variety including fresh juices and healthy options. Staff were very accommodating, especially at reception, and helped with any inquiries. Room design was modern and cozy, with quality materials and technical features. Bathroom was well laid out with good shower and high-quality toiletries. The location was easily accessible from the airport and city center with nearby tram and train stops.

The hotel had a great location near public transportation and the front desk staff were very accommodating. The breakfast was superb with a lot of variety and fresh options to choose from. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and the facilities such as the gym and parking were very convenient.

The breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The beds were comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation for exploring the city.
Some of the staff could be rude and impolite. the lack of free water dispensers was disappointing, especially for a higher-end hotel.
